How can I pay for an order?

You may pay using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or PayPal. Debit/ATM cards with the Visa, MasterCard, or Discover logos maybe used. If using PayPal, depending upon your account, you maybe able to pay using an eCheck, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or your PayPal account balance.

For credit card orders we require your card issuer's contact information during checkout, orders missing this information cannot be completed.

Can I pay for my order with Cash, COD, Check, or Money Order?

No, We cannot accept Cash, CODs, Checks, or Money orders.

Why does toysandhobbies.com have an Order Verification Process?

To protect the credit card holder and to keep our operating costs low (so we can continue to pass the savings onto our customers) we follow the strongest security and fraud protection measures. We only ship to a valid credit card billing address or alternate valid shipping address, that is listed with the credit card issuing institution. We also work with local and federal law enforcement agencies when we detect fraud being committed.

Why was my credit card declined when I know the credit is available in the card?

There are many scenarios under which a card can be declined. When this happens, the card holder needs to contact the bank directly to find out why it happened and correct the problem. Credit cards may be declined for a variety of reasons, such as a technical error during processing, and we do not have access to further information.

Why does my order status show "Verfication Failed"?

This could mean that the shipping address provided or the Credit Card Security Code provided didn't match the records of your credit card issuer. Please verify that the order billing address and the address to which your credit card statement is mailed match. If you require additional help please contact us.

When Does My Credit Card Get Charged?

We will not charge your credit card for any items until after they enter the shipping process. First we will only authorize a credit card for verification, no money is transferred at this step. We will perform the final charge once your order is ready to be picked-up by the shipping carrier.

How will the charge appear on my statement?

Charges from toysandhobbies.com will appear as "Sanduco" on your credit card account/statement.
