A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (R.M.A. #) is REQUIRED for ALL returns and is valid for 14 days.
Special Orders and Items Sold as "As-Is" are not covered under our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges
We can only exchange an item if we still have stock available of the same item. If you would like a different item please return your item and palce a new order. Usually we cannot provide you a replacement for Limited Edition items or pre-sold out items. Credit may be issued in these scenarios.
Defective Returns
Defective products will be replaced for the same item only and must be returned with the UPC or bar code intact and with all components, manuals, registration card(s), software, cables, accessories, & documentation. Hobby radio controlled items cannot be returned once the seal is broken or they have been opened. Contact the manufacturer for any defects or warranty issues.
Die-cast Models
We have no control over manufacturer imperfections that are common with factory-produced models. On some models parts may become loose or fall off, they can usually be snapped or glued onto the model with ease. In most cases scratches and small blemishes can be easily removed from a model with automotive wax. If you notice a blemish or a loose part before opening the model and don't wish to fix the problem yourself leave the item intact and simply contact us to return the item.
Software, Media, Games, Movies, Music:
The following products if opened, may be returned for same-item only if defective: Software, Music, Movies, Videos, DVDs, or Video Games.
Quantity Pricing
If you received quantity pricing and you return item(s) which would change your quantity pricing we will adjust the discount given.
Example: If you bought 10 pcs. of a particular item @ $1.00 ea. and you returned 5 items, your pricing will be based on a 5 item purchase (we'll imagine the 5 pc. pricing is $1.50) instead of a 10 item purchase. Your credit card will be refunded only $2.50 and not $5.00.
Package or Bundles
Packages/Bundles must be returned as one item.
Example: You bought a Bundle which had a 2001 Dodge Viper, 2002 Dodge Viper, and a 2003 Dodge Viper, you must return all three to receive credit.
Merchandise must be in its original packaging with the UPC or bar code intact. All components, manuals, registration card(s), software, cables, accessories, and documentation must be included. We inspect all returns and reserve the right to return merchandise that does not meet the criteria. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs associated with returns not meeting the criteria.
Shipping charges and/or service charges are not refundable.
Credit will be issued to the credit card used to make the purchase, once we receive, inspect and process your return. Please allow at least two billing cycles for the credit to appear on the credit card statement.
How to Return an Item
Login to your account, click on the "Your Account" link, click on the "Return an Item" link and select the order and item(s) to return. If you don't have an account with us simply contact us with your order number and return item details.
You will be provided with an address to return an item. Please send the item back using a traceable shipping method (such as UPS, FedEx or USPS with Delivery Confirmation). We recommend that you insure the package when returning your items, we are not responsible for lost packages or packages damaged during transit.
